Follow our 5 easy steps to secure a carefree install:
Step 1 – Contact your local building department for any permit requirements.
Step 2 – Call 811 to have any underground lines marked to prevent any damages.
Step 3 – Be sure to level foundation where install will take place.
Step 4 – Clear site of any obstacles and please have 36 inches of workspace around the entire structure for a safe secure install.
Step 5 – Have payment ready before installation crew arrives to prevent any delays for pending installs.

Your land must be leveled within 6 inches in order to receive your Free Delivery & Installation. If your land is not leveled, the building may become a liability causing serious issues. If our installers are required to perform any additional labor work on landscape, additional charges may apply.

All local buildings can be delivered in about 2 to 4 weeks upon deposit.
Customers in remote locations may require a lead time of between 4 – 8 weeks.

We can anchor on most foundations including but not limited to: concrete, ground, gravel, or asphalt.

We typically finish a cover install in a day, sometimes two days depending on the size and add-ons. Garages and larger buildings may require minimum of two days and more to complete depending on the size and add-ons.
